Latest Answer: i have myself invested in KUL Nation in wagholi and i think it is the best descision i have taken. It is a 103 acre property having all major amenities including a school, hospital poly clinic, childrens crutch and many more facilities. Also once the new road is made then it will be only 9 Kms from Pune station and 3 Kms from EON IT park and just 1 KM from Pune World Trade Center. I think the present rates there are 3850 per sq.ft. This will be the most happening place next in Pune and not at all a bad investment.
