Q: I have seen this property in Kadugudi white field. Located approximately 300m away from main road, behind chaitanya Villa. In all aspects I find this project better than many other project I have seen.Just concerned about legal aspect of it as I don't know any about it. Can any one help me in same regards. What I feel about overall project components :- I find their way of communication is very transparent. These people have been in this business from past 15-18 years so we can definitely expect better outcome and can be assure on proposed detailed getting translated into reality.Anyways there is always a component called "Faith" comes into picture when you are going for any pre-launch or on-going project.
Apart from this what else should I check to get double assure....
Hi, Im senthil , i have booked a 2Bhk in Tirumala Green fields, i want to know if its worth the buy? since you have a already booked an appartment in this project and it has been an year, i want to know if the construction quality is going on as promised or not. also kindly help me with the reviews of the legal aspect of this project
quality looks to be good so far but the timelines seem to be wavering when you talk to different people. i have had a case where sharing agreement states same flat owned by both developer and owner.. the developer is looking into it.. will update you on my experience on the same..

i did check with Bank on the approval of following.. - EC 50 yrs - site check - BDA approval for Site with Khata A - Approval for G+4 construction and looked ok..

Yes, Have checked all the doccuments with my legal advisor. Atleast he gave clean cheat, hence I bought. Apart form this have checked previous concstuctions of same builder. Got good feedback from those who bought the flat.Yes there are few good constructions in same area but would advise you to take legal consultant opinon before any purches.
Hi Anay, Did you check the documents or take legal opinion? I saw the project and found it to be good. Ofcourse there are a few other good ones in the same vicinity. But since this used to agricultural land not very long back, I am not sure about the legal aspects.
As per my understanding, below mentioned are the factors I have considered while buying flat. 1. Commute- Which is OK for this construction. Although its not exactly on main road. My preference was to take little inside from main road to avoid noise and pollution. 2. Locality - Good, It looks like Kadugudi would eventually get developed as residential area so flat will have better appreciation. The site is surrounded by villament hence no major issue with ventilation. The builder is talking about developing another road which will pass though chaitanya villa.Not sure about it but he looks confident 3.Budget and assurance of the property - When I visited this area first time I liked concstuction like Nitesh, Meera homes,alpine viva... but all these are high rise apartment and there was some issue with alpine construction as well. So majorly these were out of my budget. So I have gone for greenfield in as it was in my budget,looks beautiful, their plan is not much complex.
Another point. The constuction of this project unique. I haven't seen any constuction giving garden area for any 2BHK falt. I don't know whether its worth but its quite innoative and may look good as a whole project.
