I have booked flat in one of property in Pune in December 2012 but actual construction is not yet started when i call builder they are saying we are in progress to get environment clearance from Maharashtra government and other project which are yet to start those are also having same issues.

I agree with Nitesh.. You can also join the owners group in this website and discuss all the possibilities with other owners of this project who have recently booked..

Mr Patil, which project are you talking about?? may be you can share the name so that other buyers can be cautious of the same.. Also, I feel builder can have their own excuses for saying clearance not got like they may have funds shortage to start the project.. You can discuss with other owners as well..

Hi Gopal, you can check with the same local ward or registrar office whether the builder has got the clearances or not.. I would suggest you to go ahead with the payments once the approvals are in place..
