Hi,I purchased 2 plots in DLF garden city hyderabad @ 4900 per sq yard in Mar'12.
Q: The property rates have not moved in 1 year. Could you pls let me know if its good to exit this deal or wait for a few more years. What appreciation can i look forward to in say 5 years time? Also I heard some people buy plots at 4400 at the same time as i did...is this because they were plots at the back of the garden city (as explained by DLF) or did they actually get a better deal than me. Mine are at the front side of the garden city (near the entrance gate). Thank you.

Hi rajiv..i don't agree with you...DLF are reputed builders..in coming five years DLF garden city plots will give much better returns and also with a better resale prospects than other projects nearby. The best example i can say is when DLF launched plots in Gurgaon long back..ithe location was too remote that is why nobody was interested but now the area is fully developed.
Hi Nitin...i heard that when DLF Garden city in hyderabad was launched...they offered 3,700 psyd...after some time it increased to Rs 4400 and then to Rs 4900 and now its Rs 5400. I also saw many that two prices (Rs 4400 and Rs 4900 ) was quoted in same time period. i will tell you one thing..if you go further around 800 m inside you can many other developers who are selling plots for less than 2000/sqyd. The site is also very far from city and no industry seems to come up in this area. It says airport is 20 km from project but actually it is 30 km. I was interested in this project but then i dropped my idea. Any updates of the area..??
