Q:Hi all, I have been looking to invest in a villa project, mainly for weekend getaway purposes, like a home on the outskirts of the city. I’ve gone through so many projects but most of these are builders I haven’t heard of. Recently I stumbled across the DLF Garden city project. DLF is a known builder. I would love to get more details about the project from you guys. Thanks!
Latest Answer: The persons who invested in 2012 have yet to get the possession and DLF is not paying the delayed compensation for more than 4 years delay moreover asking for some nonsense charges
Q:The property rates have not moved in 1 year. Could you pls let me know if its good to exit this deal or wait for a few more years. What appreciation can i look forward to in say 5 years time? Also I heard some people buy plots at 4400 at the same time as i did...is this because they were plots at the back of the garden city (as explained by DLF) or did they actually get a better deal than me. Mine are at the front side of the garden city (near the entrance gate). Thank you.

Latest Answer: Hey Rajesh...few days back , i was searching for DLF properties in Hyderabd..and i found this project also . Currently a residential plot of 226 sq. ft is available at Ts 10 lakh approximately. So what have you thought to do to with your plots..??
