Is it really worth buying an apartment in Bannerghatta as per investment purpose??

I too feel it is worth investing there. But if you are staying there and working in a far away place then it is difficult to manage. It is also bit far from city centre. So if your workplace is also in that region, then it is better to buy there.

After the evolution of Bangalore as an IT destination, the 90s saw the development of Koramangala and Bannerghatta Road due to their proximity to the Central Business District (CBD), availability of land, strategic location between the major IT hubs of the city and presence of quality infrastructure. The establishment of the Bangalore Mysore Infrastructure Corridor-NICE Road has improved the connectivity to Electronic City, Bannerghatta Road, Kanakapura Road and Mysore Road. So I feel it it worth buying an apartment in this area.

2BHK(1200sqft) prices already reached upto 65 to 70L and in another 3 to 4 years price of this area will increase. What say?
