The area price is 5260/sq ft so i think you are going on the perfect way.

Hi , i thnk the future returns depends on the place and locality. you have a good builder and place is Noida definatly you will get a good future returm. if you check the graph then Noida and Dwarka expresway is in the top in terms of invetsment

Hi Anish have you already invested in this project? looking at there website , its a Amrapali project and the developer is one of the best developer. So i do not think you worry.
