Not getting documents even after 10 months of booking and initial 2 payments

Q: I booked a flat in rajnagar residency rajnagar extension,but even after 10 months i have not received the papers and agreement documents...they are sending letters on letters with interest imposed on me...but the concerned person is not taking up my calls and not even replying for mails.
I am feeling cheated..what to do and whom to talk to for resolving my problem??/

I had booked a flat in oct 2013 at that time they say that possession will be given by 2014 but till now no possession and today i called their office they are saying that it will take another 2 years to give the possession.,please conta ct me @ 9720101597 if any body is making a group against builder.

I have filed a case against the buider for fraud and cheating... the project is not approved by GDA and they are delaying the completion.... i spoke to the directors and they tried to threaten me... If anyone has any other information, share with me.... I am making a group of aggrieved flat owners who have also been cheated and we are going to file a PIL against the builder...

i booked a flat in rajnagar residency rajnagar extension on 16 sep 11 , they told that possession will be at dec 14 but now they told jun 15 . i think will not delivered in that time what can i do for our compassion

This project is developed by Mittal Infratech, one of the well known reputed builder in India. Builder quoted price is around 3100/sq-ft for this project. Construction is on full swing. Expected possession of this project is around October 2016.

Hi what is going on in this project, i also booked a flat in same project before a year, but yet not received any document from builder side, i have called many times about the project bank approval and status, but did not got the appropriate answer. if anyone booked the flat in Rajnagar Residency please join a group for further action.

Hi Mr Rajmohan,

According to me, you should contact with builder. Discuss about this project. Meet with other flat owners, try to know what are the difficulties they are facing. As per my knowledge, this is a Ghaziabad Development Authority Approved project. HDFC Bank is financing this project.

even i heard few confusion going on in this project,I think you should try and contact rest of the owners who have also invested in this project and join a group and yes legal help is the best solution

Hi, i feel you take a legal help and give a legal notice. Because ten months are too long more over they are not responding . What ever reciept you have you should take that as you document and go to a lawyer.
