Planning to invest on plot in Fortech Group's New Project in sector 88 Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.As per the dealer we need to book with initial payment of 4 Lk ,50% in 2 months and rest at the time of possession, that is in 3 years time . Please suggest me if the deal sounds Good or not.

hey i guess the best part is the location of this project . Project is Located at prime Location on Near to Alwar Bye-Pass Road, Bhwadi. Most importantly near to National Highway, 40 min. drive from IGI Airport, 15 min. drive from IMT Manesar, what else can be a better place for investment.
