Builder has erracted pillars and has slabs on it to fetch money from owners pockets. No other work has been done. Some of the blocks have been sold to other builders. Speed of construction shows that it will n ot be handed over in 2014. In 2015 when? even this is not sure

Hey guys.. Expected possession would be in 2014 and the present rate per sq ft is Rs 2600 in Officer city 2 in Ghaziabad.

I have heard that the possession of the project is going to be delayed for an year than told. Are there anybody who knows abt latest construction and price updates of the project? I am also looking for other projects in Indraprastha yojana. Let me know if anybody has heard of it.
