Sir, I have plan to buy natham land. The land owner having original patta without natham copy. They are not collected natham copy from govt. but the same location other peoples got natham copy from govt. please suggest about natham copy...its important or not....if important then how i can apply to get natham copy from govt after buying.
what does mean Nathan Manakkattu ? Ppl said it's not a porambooku land or govt land .. FUI, The seller gave me d copy of all d documents like 1. Register doc 2. Kootu patta 2. Chitta ...etc i did EC for 37 years , so far EC ok. Can i buy such plot? Why natham manakkattu don't have computer patta ? Thanks.

Hi this can only be taken and enjoyed by the possessor and his family and yes it cannot be transferred or sold. If one tries to sell..it is not legal. Such lands are reserved by the government.I would suggest you not to do any transaction of these lands.
