mr nagesh!! what is the procedure for reselling an apartment property under construction.builder is supposed to give posession in next 6 months and property is not yet registered.plz. clarify that it luks like have to prepare some M O U and also pay transfer fee to the builder

Buyers usually look for clear documents and titles.. U r saying that regn is not done. It is better to keep it legally clear before u find any buyers for the flat.

You can sell your flat but before that you need to check with the builder at what level he allows resale.
