mr nagesh!! what is the procedure for reselling an apartment property under construction.builder is supposed to give posession in next 6 months and property is not yet registered.plz. clarify that it luks like have to prepare some M O U and also pay transfer fee to the builder

Latest Answer: Beware - there is a cemetery close by. not a good idea for high rise building. the adjacent high rise reputed builder owners are also affected and having fights with the builder as the property value has gone down. and the view looks ugly. People have to stand in the balcony and watch the last ritual .. people crying... not nice at all.
