I am planning to buy a flat in PRAKRUTHI SOLITAIRE located in ananth agar, E city phase 2. This is first home project from Nandhini Hotels Pvt LTD. How is this investment in terms of returns in future? And any idea about the builder?

No, They did not change the entire plan only pool location is moved form front to back which has nothing to do with phase 1 development, but yes some delays definitely happened for getting BMRDA approvals for phase 2.
They have committed third quarter of 2013 for phase 1. I have seen site multiple times , I am not expert but I think they need to move really fast to finish phase 1 in 3-4 months . I would suggest you to visit yourself and they have mentioned penalty clauses in agreement in case of late possession (As per marketing team, my lawyer will verify all documents )

Even I heard that they had to change the entire plan because of the change in swimming pool location for which there may be a delay by 4-5 months.
