I am planning to buy 2 BHK apartment at Talegaon - Varale DSK project. This is going to be investment apartment. Pls advice on following 1) DSK is quoting 3300 Per Sq.Ft. Is there any chances of appreciation in future ? Is it a good investment opportunity ? 2) Is there any water problem in this area ? 3) How is weather in Talegaon ? ( I have naver visited .) 4) If not DSK Talegaon any suggestions for property in the range of 40 to 50 lacs ( 2 BHK ) Thank your advices and comments in advance.

DSK is a good builder and can be believed in.. Price quoted is also fine.. I would suggest you to go with this project as the locality expecting a good price hike is on the cards..

Hi.. are you talking about DSK Sadaphuli at Talegaon, Pune?? Then you are making the right decision.. Don't know about the price but price appreciation can be expected in near future.. Talegaon has undergone massive development in the last decade and has witnessed encouraging growth. It is the western corridor of the Pimpri-Chinchwad and Pune cities. It is also considered as second home in terms of investment as hundreds of citizens of Mumbai have invested in this belt to ensure safe and satisfying life post retirement. Talegaon has emerged as a one of the better options for affordable housing.
