I am planning to buy 2 BHK apartment at Talegaon - Varale DSK project. This is going to be investment apartment. Pls advice on following
1) DSK is quoting 3300 Per Sq.Ft. Is there any chances of appreciation in future ? Is it a good investment opportunity ?
2) Is there any water problem in this area ?
3) How is weather in Talegaon ? ( I have naver visited .)
4) If not DSK Talegaon any suggestions for property in the range of 40 to 50 lacs
( 2 BHK )

There are other apartments in the vicinity which are giving good returns.. Will you be interested?? You can click on Apartments for sale in Talegaon, Pune and check for properties according to your budget and requirement..
DSK is a good builder and can be believed in.. Price quoted is also fine.. I would suggest you to go with this project as the locality expecting a good price hike is on the cards..
