2 BHK Apartment in Talegaon Pune

Q: I am planning to buy 2 BHK apartment at Talegaon - Varale DSK project. This is going to be investment apartment. Pls advice on following 1) DSK is quoting 3300 Per Sq.Ft. Is there any chances of appreciation in future ? Is it a good investment opportunity ? 2) Is there any water problem in this area ? 3) How is weather in Talegaon ? ( I have naver visited .) 4) If not DSK Talegaon any suggestions for property in the range of 40 to 50 lacs ( 2 BHK ) Thank your advices and comments in advance.
