In my point of view, due to Dwarka Expressway is close to Gurgaon, there has been a huge demand for quality residential developments. Now a days several builders & developers are constructing their residential, commercial & residential cum commercial projects in this region. In my opinion, there are factors enhancing the large property selling in Gurgaon, Dwarka Expressway. Residential as well as commercial projects are continuously seeing excellent response near this expressway. Development work of this dwarka expressway project is going on in a right direction by the joint efforts of government & CREDAI-NCR . Rather this work has delayed for a while , now construction work is back on track with full speed.

As per me, there are several developing as well as developed sector in Gurgaon . Those sectors in the region of Dwarka Expressway are developing very fast, as they are having huge demand from end use as well as investors. From connectivity point of view, this region is drawing many investors and end users, due to proper connectivity with nearby IT Hubs, Commercial sectors & other major landmarks.

This region will become a prime habitable area by connected to expressway. Mostly investors are focusing in this region. It is expected that , once the expressway will be ready, prices will surely rise up. This expressway also known as Northern Peripheral Road(NPR), is a link road connecting Delhi to Gurgaon. So there will be no more traffic problem.
As per my knowledge, physical & social infrastructures are not well developed in this region. Hi Guys, In my point of view, the average residential price of Dwarka expressway in year 2009 was around 2550/sq-ft. After many developments , ups & downs , as of now this average residential price is approx 6950/sq-ft. Which indicated that , region is developing fast , sectors inside this region are attracting many investors, capital appreciation is rising & this region is becoming a hot spot for investors. So nearly 18%-19% growth we saw in this price trend.

Hi Neel, As per my knowledge, Dwarka Expressway is a good location for both investment & end use. Now you may ask why? So I believe , the main key factor is the Expressway . Well this expressway is a not only attracting investors & end users but also MNCs & Corporate offices . So this creates a golden opportunity for residential as well as commercial investment.
Like here Nithin said, I agreed with it, Expressway is a major landmark of DelhiNCR. This expressway road connects NH 8 at Kheri Daula to Dwarka. As per sources in this stretch , you will find approx 33000 houses of around 8000Cr are under construction. For the development of this road not only government has taken steps but also Credai NCR have joined hands with government to boost up construction work of this physical infrastructural project.
From past few quarters there is no hike happening in the prices of properties in Dwarka Expressway. Infrastructure development is lacking in this part of NCR and that is what stopping buyers from buying properties in Dwarka eway. It would take around 3 years or more for the region to develop.

Hi... in your budget you can go for sec 111, sec 113, sec 103. I personally like sec 111 as At present, sec 111 on Dwarka expressway is connected to NH – 8 by Major Sushil Aima Marg and it also connects the sec 111 with Urban Extension Road II, which goes towards IGI.
Sanjay, I would advice you to go and spend some time in that area, once you will visit the dwarka expressway then only you will be able to decide. Well if you want the possession by this year you can go for a resale property in India bulls. The price per sq ft is around 4500/- 4600/-. This property was launched at RS 1900/- per sq ft and people are getting 1.5 times appreciation.
