For Investment point I would suggest go for the projects which are at soft launch stage as these will give a good appreciation with the time. Yamuna Expressway is under developing stage, so this will give a better value to your money.

Hi, Noida Extention is place which will take some time to grow and also the projects have a late possesion. I would like to suggest you that Go for Dwarka Expressway because technically the area has already got a kick and the projects are almost in their last stage of construction.
