Anyone who bought flat in Gaur and Sons 16th Park Yamuna express Noida.

Q: Hi, I had booked flat in Tower D in subversion plan. As per the agreement, EMI should be started after possession and possession due date is in Dec 2018. Now when i am contacting them for possesion, they said possession will be delayed by March 2019 but my EMI will start from Nov 2018. I have been following them since 2 weeks but no response. I am feeling like cheated now.
Is there any oe also facing the same problem

Same is happening with me. My is 16479148688. Its getting even more tough for me to get any update from them as Im outside from India.

I do agree with Yash. There are lots of negative feedback against this builder in multiple forum.
Apart from that, be careful in the future before investment anywhere in India. Before investing your hard earned money, you should do your all due diligence, check all the legal approvals, banks approval, floor plan and building plan approval, connectivity, sale deed or mother deed etc. You can also take the advise of a legal expert in this matter. Thanks.

You should make a complain with the state RERA authority aginst your issue. You can also file a case in the consumer court for not refunding of amounts. I am sure, you will get your money back with interest.
