Hi All , I hope that you are aware that they have asked to pay maintenance charges of 2 years in advance @Rs. 1.75 per SFT which seems to be very high as all the major equipments like DG, elevators, plumbing system , fire fighting equipments shall be under warranty at least for 1 or 2 years. even if w e don't consider this, the nominal rate should be in between rs. 1.3 to Rs. 1.5 / SFT maximum. What would you recommend should not we all ask the builder to revise it. Please comment otherwise we all shall pay him on higher side. Thanks

Hi,

I agree with Raj, the maintenance charge is on the higher side. Further, they said the maintenance period will start from May 1, 2013 which is not justified. The society is not still liveable. Further the lift of tower A is still not installed. We should all get together and talk to builder on this.

Hi , Raj i think you can have a word with rest of the owners of the house and also ask them what they feel. if they feel the same thing , then i think you should directly talk with the builder to revise it.
