Can builder deviate sale agreement price

Q: Krishvi gavakshi projet located in outer ring road has deviated sales agreement. People who booked flat 2.6 yrs ago now they got circular from krishvi stating price increase by almost 350/sft. They simply mentioned in circlular stating additional features will be provided so they are incresing in price. they have not discussed with any of the flat owners.
Please suggest
