What is the stage of construction? Whether started at all?

Q: My son has paid around 3.5lacs for a flat at Dreamz Swagat. No information so fr regarding clearence of BMRDA.and also wheter the construction work has commenced or not.

Hello Vijaya, There is no update about the BMRDA clearance so I would advice you to ask you son to visit the site and talk directly with the builder.
