Hi Abhimanyu/Tamna Chopra,

I know the builder very tell you can call him and get the details if you are interested. His name is Ram babu his mobile number is - 9739252329 . So far it is in progress and it is going complete Aug or sept 2014.

amenities are like - AC Gym,swimming pool, clubhouse,children paly area these are main amenities remaining all are common.

Hi Balaji,

So far I am happy with builder the way he is constructing the apartment and as of now it is as per the plan & schedule. SBI is not approved but they have approved from LIC,HDFC,AXIS bank if you want SBI you need to apply individually .

Did you visit the apartment & discussed the price with the builder?

now no more Aashritaa marketing tie up with them, I would suggest to and meet builder directly you will get all the information. I have booked one of the flat with Aashritaa marketing team but they are not supportive and not provided proper info so better directly speak with builder.

They have executed few projects hear Whitefield. when I visited Puriv Pristine during the initial day of foundation, good quality work with strong foundation was done on the basement.
They are serious about the work and they guarantee a good building to be handed over to the customers.

I have seen the e-brochure for this project.It is marketed by Aashritaa. They claim to have done Adhunik Serenity and other Adhunik projects.Maybe in partnership and the same buider.Don't know..I am also interested in knowing more on the builder.
