Q: I am interested in buying an apartment at Valmark Ananda at Bannerghatta Rd. I do not know much about this builder. Can anyone share their experience with Valmark and comment on reliability of builder and quality of construction?

Who all has approved the project? Is the builder going to provide OC?

The project has been approved by BBMP and Occupancy Certificate has also been received. As far as I know banks like SBI, Axis, HDFC and LIC are tied up with this project.
