do towers also get preference cost wise.

Q: i take an apartment in the 1st toer besides the gate. if i take another apartment in the last furtherest tower the floors are the same.

It happens Sanjay.. the cost is usually high for flats facing garden, fountains, main-gate, etc. There will be more demand and competition to own such flats and therefore they will be quoted little higher.

Hello Sanjay...it is true that an apartment near the main gate of the township is more expensive than the one which is far from it.
