do towers also get preference cost wise.
Q: i take an apartment in the 1st toer besides the gate. if i take another apartment in the last furtherest tower the floors are the same.

Latest Answer: It happens Sanjay.. the cost is usually high for flats facing garden, fountains, main-gate, etc. There will be more demand and competition to own such flats and therefore they will be quoted little higher.
