Is it worth buying at Rs2300/sqft

Q: I understand that the work on Gemini is given to a new contractor and it is being done nicely.When Sarjapur will explode.? I saw the layout and the same is being done beautifully. It is on the Sarjapur Attibele main road and has a regal appearance.

I feel it is worth buying at Rs 2300 per square feet as the area is witnessing many infrastructural development. Moreover I heard that infosys campus is also coming up.
