Q: Hi All, I came across a newly launched project in Rajarhat area near 6 lane named Sunland residency by Banyan Tree. Looking for feedback suggestions on the developer, their reputation, construction quality and timely delivery, the locality and rates in this negihbourhood etc.

Sunland Residency is a premium residential project offering 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments at Rajarhat. Each apartment here is a perfect amalgamation of quality & aesthetics. The project is expected to get completed by mid of June 2016.

I think Sunland Residency is the first project by Banyan Tree and moreover there is hardly any information available about the project as well as the project online.
