Does this project has all approvals?

Q: Does this project has all approvals? Builder is not able to provide matching blue print for the apartments in tower 8 and hence SBI is not disbursing the loan amounts. Builder is still charging 18% interest and forcing customers to go with PNB. Legally can the building be constructed without matching approval?

Customers are not getting Loan as Builder dont have all the clear document. How can they charge 18% interest & when they are delaying from their end no penalties for them.

Note: I request all the customers to come together, then only something can be done.

I agree with Raj.
Let us make a group in what's app or google and get all buyers on that .
Original handover date was June 15 .
With 12 months grace as per contract they should have delivered in 2016 but no sign and when payment is delayed by a day they charge 18% interest p.a.

@Wasim: I sent them e-mails and I have replies to that. They sent 2 blue prints which didn't match and the bank ones also don't match. So SBI is not processing loan. Can I do anything legally if builder is not able to give matching blue print? Will I have any issues without that? Is building legal without that?
@Suman: SBI and PNB both approved it. But SBI is not disbursing for my tower due to mismatch in blue print, however PNB is doing. I have started process with PNB anyway. But its all headache for me when its builder mistake.

You should check with a lawyer as this may create trouble for to get occupancy certificate from the government.

Some banks must have approved the projects. you can consider getting the loan from those banks . builder is charging as per you have aggred by signing the sales agreement with you

yes builders they do that and than the major problem comes when the owners fails to get the occupancy certificate. i would advice you to write an written nocite to your builder and demand for the blue print.
