what is the future prospects of Life Republic, esp R7 sector 2 BHK? Should one hold on to it or sell it?

May be but the property is appreciating and it won’t be affordable in another 2- 3 years. last year I checked it was 3600 per sq ft but today it is 4800 sq ft.

well well well… buying in this township is like buying something for your son or grandson …  as this won’t be fully complete by another 10- 15 years or may be more because such township takes a lot of time to complete. Even if you are buying a property thr you should check for the delay in possession clause in your sales agreement.

) The negatives of the project:
1. Location is close to IT hub but is very far away from the Pune City.
2. It will take minimum of another 10 – 12 years for this township to develop completely. Therefore, initially it will be difficult to manage the day to day requirement of Grocery, shop and entertainment center.

Positives of the project:
1. Good builder reputation
2. Once it will be completed, Experience of staying in high-end township and good quality of life.
4. Calm and peaceful life away from the traffic of baner/bavdhan/balewadi to Hinjewadi IT park.
5. This environment is good for children

I personally believe that you should hold it for another 3 – 4 years. as they will be developing the whole township for another 10 – 15 years and in other 5 years when they will reach to a stage it will be easy for you to find a potential buyer and get better returns.
