Q: I am planning to buy a resale property at Trinity sunrise. I have gone through a lot of information on the net about the delay in building the project in the consumer forum. Can someone tell me how is the condition now? Also I would like to know about the environment inside the campus. Please advise..Experience, Maintenance staff, quality of the building material.

Suraj Condominiums has completed three to four projects in Bangalore. Every builder has some pros and cons so do they, so it is better to visit the site personally and take the final decision.

hi Monalisa, Even I have seen many negative reviews about the builder on the net and i do not feel that it will be a good idea in buying a property in this project.
