Looking for a BDA approved site

Q: I am looking for a BDA approved site (30X40, 40X40) in Sarjapura, whitefield, hennur,Banashankri, ISRO layout. I have given the option as I am open to any of the above areas provided the properties are good with no legal issues.
What would be the best channel through which i can buy BDA approved sites.
Please suggest.

Any idea how much will be the price of a BDA approved plot / site in recent times?

According to the recent news, the sites measuring 20x30 square feet will be priced at 25 % of their present guidance value while 30x40 feet sites will cost 40 % of their guidance value.

The prices for sites measuring 40x60 feet and 50x80 feet have been revised to 70% and 90% of their guidance values, respectively.

In short, a 23x30 sqft plot will cost you around Rs 2. 96 lakhs where as a 50x80 sqft plot will cost you around Rs 72 lakhs.

HI Piyush, to know whether a property is approved by BDA or not, you have to check for the concerned documents from the existing owner. Many people claim their property is BDA approved but not all are approved. So this is the only way I know.
