I am not getting any updates and estimate by when it will be completed.

Q: I purchased house in brick field Bangalore. Land registration was done in Feb 2012. House just reached 2nd floor roofing with just the structure. I am not getting any updates and estimate by when it will be completed. Very poor progress and disappointing. Can any one share your experience and what I can do to? I feel cheated. Full amount is paid and sales head, sales manager or AMR builders are not responding. All I get is a pre-formatted e-mail that house construction is in progress
