Q: i heard from people national builders dont have a good reputation.its unnecessarily highly priced, work not on time and bad flat design. is it true?

But national builders have good reputation in Kochi, their designs and all are good ,dont kno about Mumbai.

My suggestion is that you should go and visit once and check the design of flat.
