If you are having flat in vashi and Nerul area than its good , I think if metro comes in Navi Mumbai than appreciation value of the property is going to be high , Living in New Mumbai is good because its a Pre-planned city and has good access to everywhere, but every week there are problems appearing with local trains delay, and technical problems.
Q:I have heard that because of not having OC, there are water issues in the building and water is currently supplied by tanker.I just want to find out if the people living there are facing any on ground practical problems with this arrangement. e.g. are there days when the tanker doesnt come and there is water shortage. I love the house and would like to live here but what I've heard about water issues are scaring me a little.If anyone is currently living here, please do give me some on-ground feedback about the situation.

They don't gave NMMC water connection and are also not able to arrange sufficent water tankers.
Residents get just one hour of water supply daily which makes the living condition extremely poor.
The situation at all nearby neighbouring societies is much better & different..
Hence, think twice before buying or renting an apartment here...Definitely not worth the pain for such a premium that it demands...

Did you ask the builder for the possession? I think the project is ready-to-move and owners are getting their flats possession. Go and check the current status of your tower.
