Q: Do you know why there is delay in Occupancy Certificate for Sea Queen Excellency? Based on my discussion I understand that they have not complied with requirements like Solar Panel and this could take a few months

What is the source of the information about pending dues? We need to show a credible source to the builder when we discuss with him.

Mr Bikram,
Inspite of sending many mails, reminders and letters by the authorities, the builder has still not paid the amount due. I think we have to urge the builder to make the early payment and clear the pending amount at the earliest so that we can get the occupancy certificate in our hands without any further delay.

I am one of the resident living in Sea Queen Residency. I have not got the occupancy certificate becoz it seems that the builder has some amount due to be paid to electricity board and water board.

Hi Varun,
Came to know that since the builder has not paid the amount due to the concerned authorities, hence the delay in getting the occupancy certificate. Untill the builder pays the due amount we will not be getting the possession certificate.

Hi Rakshit,
You are right. Heard that same is the case with some of the society buildings located in Tilak Nagar. Even the residents living in this locality do not possess the occupancy certificate though they are staying in this locality for last 4 years.
