Hello Ms Ayesha,
I am sorry i saw your posting today itself.
i have booked a flat in this project. i would suggest you not to enter this project at this stage as the land is under litigation, bank loan is not available on this property.. Keep a watch , you should enter only when litigation is over and banks are ready to provide loan. other wise dont enter
