ADDENDUM TO BUYER SELLER AGREEMENT IS LEGALLY WRONG
Q: As allottee have recently received letter from BPTP which encloses and addendum to the Buyer Seller Agreement. Addendum states that BPTP wants to reduce in writing the fact that it has never demanded installments at intervals less than 30 days. This is not correct. Have proof that their demandsd have been spaced out by 28 days at times. there is a service tax angle to it also. Anyone knows what?
Hi, I got a flat in draw in Huda housing scheme in Pyramid Infratech in Sector70A whose price is approx 21.5 lac for 2BHK 601sft.Can you pls let me know that is it worthful for investement here? After 5 years how much it will give me?
In my point of view, this location is not loosing it's grip in real estate market as per price trend. Well in year 2012 October ,the average residential price was around 5500/sq-ft. but after many ups & downs , it has been noticed that in year 2015 beginning ,average residential price was approx 4000/sq-ft. but current market condition is stating that the price is around 7050/sq-ft in 2015 April. Well ,price is changing it's pace time to time.
Hey Amreesh Murugan, According to me, Sector 70A has many well known schools and Hospitals. Major schools near to Sector 70A are Indus World School and Lovely Public School. Popular hospitals to this locality are Sai Hospital,Soni Davi Hospitals, Swastik Hospital & Shri Shyam Hospital. it is on SPR and with a decent connectivity to NH8 and Sohna street. This is a good decent residential area to live in for .It is having multiplex, shopping centers as well as offices close by this territory.
@ Amreesh, As per sources, Sector-70A is a prime residential area and very well connected with other parts of the city via buses, trains & other city transports. It is close to areas like Golf Course Ext Road, SPR, NH-8 as well as metro station which gives this location a very well connected hassle free area to major locations of Delhi and Gurgaon.
Guys, I am a first time investor in this locality . I heard this location is loosing it's price day by day !! Is it true? What is the price trend saying about it ?

Hello All. I had bought a monet floor in BPTP astaire gardens in Feb 2011. They have already taken more than 95% payment from me. What is the date of possession? Does anyone know? . Kindly help.
Some of the active buyers, like Neehar, Puneet have formed Astaire Gardens Floor Buyers' Association. Incidentally, about 25 of us met with their director Mr.Sandeep Bedi on Monday (25th May) to seek possession time frame. He has further sought time until Friday 29th May. You may want to join this meeting tomorrow at 3:00 pm at BPTP Crest. Pls. reach out to Neehar or Puneet to add you to Whatsapp group and Google group.
Hey Kunal, As per sources, this project is running slow because of some issues in funding. Apart from that there is no other issues. Buying selling activity is getting affected because of work speed. Other wise i don't think there is any other issues.
Dear Joy World. I have not yet signed the addendum. As for the construction stage they have not told anyrhing concrete. You may have noticed though that the demand for more more money has been spaced out.
I chanced to see your post today, while accessing the forum. I agree with you completely, and had raised this observation a couple of months back (15th May to be precise), when I was asked to sign. Since no one on the forum responded back, so I had signed the addendum note. Incidentally that note was never returned back to me by BPTP. Just curious, if you had signed as well?
Also curious if you have had a chance to check with BPTP the likely possession date as they have almost taken 75% of the payment and therefore must be sure of the construction stage. Will appreciate your response.
Dear Mr Huda Ali, when you buy a flat there is a buyer seller agreement. This agreement is a legal document. In this case the after the Buyer Seller agreement BPTP wants to add a point in the agreement. The point being added to the agreement is that BPTP has never demanded payments at dates spaced out less than 30 days apart. this is not the case. they have demanded payments at intervals less than 30 days apart. Now if we add on to this legal document later there could be problems. Hence my query.
Hi Mr. Anand.. i have not bought flat in this project, but i am just curious to know about this builder as i am looking to invest in one of the BPTP projects. can u pls explain to me what is the issue about and what is addendum?
