Q:As allottee have recently received letter from BPTP which encloses and addendum to the Buyer Seller Agreement. Addendum states that BPTP wants to reduce in writing the fact that it has never demanded installments at intervals less than 30 days. This is not correct. Have proof that their demandsd have been spaced out by 28 days at times. there is a service tax angle to it also. Anyone knows what?
