I have inquired about the project, that time the marketing guy told me that the project has got approval from SBI, HDFC, LIC and Axis Bank. There are two block in this project, Block1 will get completed by this year end and Block 2 will be completed by mid of 2015.
What is the completion date they are giving ? Are they promising occupancy certificate post registration ? Also is the sale deed registered with registrar office.
Hi Vimal , How has been your experience so far with the buidler. I want to book the flat but the only concern is the road which take to the Project. Also they told me that they have got the approval for a new road . Do youknow anything about it.
Just to add to my previous post, i have booked the apartment and have finalized the loan and other formalities. Feel free to contact me in case anyone want informations.
I am planning to invest in this project but I do not stay in Bangalore. How much cost appreciation, we will be getting? Is it lucrative for investment purpose? Please reply.
The area is definitely going to appreciate and considering this project is very below the running rate in the area, it will be a good investment. The surrounding area is filled with reputed builders, with high rising properties to Villas
