Salarpuria sattva builders

Q: ravi Apartment Resident, Bangalore

salarpuria melody from salarpuria satva group is badly managed and facing delays from past 1 year. The project was promised to be completed by 2011 september,but now it looks like it might not even be completed by 2013. Ridiculous management taking customers for a ride.There has been absolutely no ownership of responsibilities and no communication on delays. I would definately advise people not to invest in any of these salrpuria properties ..

Several of my friends are facing same issues with greenage delays as with melody..ridiculous

Aneek Thats exactly why people book flats with this builder ..You would hope that transactions are conducted in professional manner.. Other than demand letters you wouldnt get any updates on why the project is so much delayed and again no communication whatsoever from the management..pathetic to say the least..

The Salarpuria Sattva Group recently bagged awards under two categories at the CNBC Awaaz Real Estate Awards held in Singapore recently. So I would say that every builder has some pros and cons so do they.
