Q: I want to invest in a pre launch project of Aryan Hometec Pvt Limited named as Aryan Park Avenue. Is it a good project and can I consider investing here at Rs.1900/- psf pre launch price... Please advice

Does the price of Rs.1900/- look reasonable for investing since it is a pre launch. What return on investment can i expect before i get possession by 2015.

The region has easy access to most of the locality in the city. It is accessible through Roadways via buses. It is barely It is 35 km from Bangalore and 5 km from Hosur on NH 7. The Real Estate has been also blooming slowly and steadily. It is worth investing in this area as you can expect appreciation may after few years.
