Yelahanka has also benefited from the IT industries located in and around it. It is preferred by the IT professionals for two reasons – the price here is lower than areas inside the city and its proximity to the airport. Also, the green pastures offer a respite from the hum drums of city life

Yelahanka is one of the suburbs of Bangalore but now it is a part of the Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagar Palike (BBMP). Home buyers are are buying properties in the Yelahanka-Devanahalli stretch for long term investmentas prices are expected to appreciate.

This area is more affordable compared to Hebbal with property prices between Rs 3,000-4,000 per sq ft.

I completely do not agree with Sashmita. The area has witnessed price appreciation and now the properties price in this area is touching the sky.

Yelahanka is strategically located as it is well connected with downtown Bangalore through a network of roads and a six lane dual carriageway highway. The same highway connects Yelahanka with Bangalore International Airport

Real estate scenario is catching buzz as many upcoming projects are to be seen in this part of the city. Demand is high as it is one of the commercial hubs of Bangalore and the area is also well connected to all the major places.

Yelahanka, being one of the outskirt localities of Bangalore has been gearing up demand in real estate sector. There are many open and empty plots which are yet to be developed. This lure the developers to come up with many projects near the neighborhood.
