I am inclined to book 3bhk at Godrej Prakriti @ kolkata. But would like to know if better options available in the city.

Q: 3 bhk for @ 3500+PL/sft with good brand name like godrej and construction people as L&T. Metro to come later in that area. Should I go for it? what will be expected rate in 3 yrs time from now?
