There are totally 4 towers with 2 basements, ground floor and 15 floors. with total 276 apartments.
TYPE 1 is 1910 Sq.Ft. and 3 BHK with 3 Toilets
TYPE 2 is 1610 Sq.Ft. and 3 BHK with 2 toilets
TYPE 3 is 2257 Sq.Ft. and 3 BHK. With Servant Room
TYPE 4 is 2787 Sq.Ft. and 4 BHK with Servant room

Every project looks grate on broucher. And don't trust the marketing guys.. they are greedy to earn some commissions so they try to put our lifes in trouble. Past from 6years am living in this location ; ramagondnahalli. Bottom line . Local people are not good as we believed they are worst and uncivilised. Nearly 60 % of area are in litigation. Like ancestral properties. My advice to you all is before paying 10 lakhs booking amount. Go through legal verification. And through put some extra terms and conditions in the agreements so that you can hold their ties. An also check the financial back ground of the company. Am not so sure... that here are some rumors that this dnr athhomespire is constructed in ancestral property of some local leaders and rowdies. Bottom line make the terms and conditions with the builder very strong. And try to keep track on the quality of materials the use to build your dream home. One thing we know that this area is full of apartments with water problems.

Whitefield has seen an upward trend in realty market due to a high number of IT/ ITeS companies in the neighbourhood and also the credit befalls good connectivity. The Whitefield belt witnessed a spurt of real estate activity during the period 2003-2007. Whitefield has good existing social infrastructure like schools, hospitals and even malls. Then what is the reason the area is witnessing depreciation.
I do not think that this is the right time to invest in this area. As the area has seen depreciation and the property price came down to Rs 3265 in the quarter of Jan-Mar 2013.
