Empyrean is overpriced considering the location

Q: Hi, Anyone is considering buying a property in Empyrean. I have visited the place and find it is overpriced considering the location, other facilities are good. Any thoughts? those who already own property there, can also suggest as the price quoted are not negotiable. Any thoughts please?

Considering the development that will happen in the area in few years ,it would be worth your penny for sure

Villas in this area will be in this range only but if you want you will get apartments at lesser price. What is your budget?
