Q: Hi all,
I am planning to buy a 3 bhk apartment in Nitesh Flushing meadows. However, most apartments for sale are located on the 6th floor. This is making me skeptical. Any issues with these 6th floor apartments? Also an overall review about this property (pros/cons) would be useful.

Hi Bidisha, There are no legal issues with Nitesh Flushing Meadows. Nitesh Flushing Meadows flats have better ventilation as well.
