Q: Need review about VSG builders.

They've just launched an Apartment in Singasandra, Behind Dakshin Honda Showroom, off Hosur Road quoting 3200/sqft + Taxes + Registration. Other charges are waived off as a launch offer.

Pros:

1. Good location, just beside Singasandra Lake. Hardly half km from the Hosur Main Road.
2. Not sure about the prices there but I feel its competitive(considering the location)

Cons:

New builder. He claims that it is his second project. The first one is in HSR - Reliable Pride. He has experience in Villa plots and villas.
Tells me that the project will be completed in 1 year time.(I don't believe though)

Seniors, please let me know the going rate in that area and mostly importantly if I can consider this builder.
