Q: I am planning to buy an apartment in R.K Township, Bommasandra. Is the locality right to invest ? Kindly suggest.

Thank you Manjunath. I am planning to buy a 3BHK apartment in that township. I want to know like is it good to invest in apartment or not. What would be the reasonable price per sft in apartments in that area? What is the current rent over there for 2/3BHK?

It is worth investing on a plot in this project. It is very close to Hosur road , elevated highway and Metro planned till Bommasandra, good one worth for money.Parks are well maintained, many independent villas and 4 Apartment groups are there, already many families occupied.

Planning to buy apartment in RK Township, bommasandra industrial Area near electronic city bangalore. Right now the only source of water is through borewells. I like apartment and the price is ok. But I am worried about the ground water since there are industries in the area. Does anybody know if the ground water here is safe? Anybody already living near bommasandra please help me. I need to finalise in 2 weeks so I will be grateful for any help.Thank you
