Hi Sai, Can you please explain in bit detail what you been by illegal construction? I am also interested in phase 3 and would like to have as much information as possible before committing anything. Thanks

This goes to all the proud owners of VWW PHASE 1 & 2...........did you all get your handing over of your flats? I have just registered newly to VWW...and own a flat in this project. I would like to be a part of the VWW residences owners group........any progress on that??

hi , dis is a project near to vakil and its gated community too costs nly 1100/sqft with ready for regestritation with bmrda appruval.

Hi Sai, Till now i have not heard any issues with the project but to be on the safer side I would advice you to visit the site and talk with the sales representatives or builder directly.
